JJJJound and Solovair present the Gibson in two iterations. The collaboration reinterprets a classic work shoe in beige suede and black pebble grain leather.

Solovair is produced by NPS Shoes, founded in 1881 as a workers' co-operative in Wollaston, Northamptonshire. The factory has made footwear in the village ever since. Goodyear welted construction is used across the range, a method that allows the sole to be replaced rather than discarded.

JJJJound retained the Gibson last and the soft suspension sole. Branding is limited to a debossed logo on the tongue. The suede pair sets natural beige against black hardware and sole. The leather pair holds a single tone throughout. Both are lined in russet leather, left undyed.

The collaboration launches Thursday, September 24th at 9 AM on JJJJound.com.
