New Balance and JJJJound introduce the 991 Made in U.K. as the natural evolution of their ongoing collaboration.

Originally released in 2001, the 991 was the new millennium’s first update to the 99X series, picking up where 1998’s 990v2 left off. Featuring a streamlined toe box shape, and a more daring use of overlay cut out sections, the 991 opted for a high-performance modern look. In keeping with the era’s preference for visible technology, the 991 also added clear window sections to the midsole's sidewall pods. The JJJJound MADE in UK 991 offers a refined, timeless, and versatile take on this tech-driven, ABZORB cushioned silhouette, as a classic mesh upper is overlaid with luxurious suede and outfitted with an earth toned palette.

The new collaboration is set to launch Thursday, February 9 at 12 PM EST on JJJJound.com and Friday, February 17 on NewBalance.com
