Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Information

Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times.

To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. 

U.S. Shipping and Costs

For orders below $300, a $20 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders above $300, shipping is free. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping is $40. 

Special Collaboration orders incur a $20 fixed shipping fee. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed. 

U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by US Customs and Border Protection. For further information on this subject, please consult US CBP.

Effective May 2 2025, orders that include products manufactured in China will now ship separately from other items. 

U.S. Imports and Customs

By placing an order, you understand that the sale takes place outside of the United States and that you're personally importing the goods for non-commercial use.

You will be listed as the importer for U.S. Customs purposes and you authorize our shipping partner to act as your customs broker. This allows them to handle the necessary declarations and clear your package on your behalf - specifically for orders over $2,500 or those requiring formal entry.

This authorization applies to a single shipment and confirms that the invoice reflects a full and accurate description of your order.

Canadian Shipping and Costs

For orders below $300, Shipping is $15. For orders above $300, shipping is free. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Shipping and Costs

For orders below $300, a $30 shipping cost will be added at checkout.  For orders above $300, Shipping is free. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country’s local customs authority. For further information on this subject, please consult your local customs office.

Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender 

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at  your expense.

If you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

JJJJound is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us here.

Lost Packages

JJJJound is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.
