Heritage Days
Heritage Weekend Caps
We make the weekend cap because it is one of the most universal headwear shapes in modern culture. It belongs in every wardrobe.
It fits with any category and has real credibility in American casualwear, living across decades of sport, prep, street, and utility. This piece has been our staple since the old blog days.
70s Crewneck Sweatshirt
Nothing says “Heritage Apparel” like a grey melange 70’s Crewneck. It’s the first piece of apparel we ever launched in 2017. As our first apparel piece, it continues to represent our belief that the most meaningful garments are often left unchanged.
Heavyweight Cargo Pants
Our heritage twill cargo pant is introduced in the forever-classic 1980s woodland camouflage. A natural next step for the style, it is finished with a familiar wash that references its surplus find roots.
Stencilled Living the Dream XL Tote
We wanted to offer a hand-sprayed stencil tote to acknowledge the role this medium played in Justin Saunders's early career. Early versions of Justin’s t-shirts were spray painted and sold. Stencils are easy to make with an exacto knife, and offer quick turn-arounds. The stencil introduces a subtle point of difference than mass-produced printing, allowing the garment to feel personal without disrupting its role as a staple.
JJJJound 8oz Paul Labonté Ceramic Takeout Cup
We made this to honour the Paul Labonte 8oz “to go” coffee cup. It is a format tied to routine. Quick coffees, short meetings, early ideas. By recreating it in ceramic, the object becomes a collectible. Ceramic replaces paper. Same scale. A temporary object, made permanent.
