Eddie Bauer JJJJound Down Jacket

JJJJound introduces a third collaboration with Eddie Bauer, the iconic American brand that’s been outfitting adventurers for over 100 years. The drop includes an interpretation of a vintage design from Eddie Bauer’s archives and was built with their development team. The new Eddie Bauer JJJJound 22 Down Jacket is available in Black and Olive colorways.  

This project honours the archetypal silhouette of the brand’s popular Classic Down Jacket and elevates it to a larger but more compact flight puffer jacket. Drawing from his fishing and mountaineering experiences across the seasons, Eddie Bauer set out to develop insulated jackets in multiple variations, designed to accommodate the needs of the weather and outdoor conditions. The company has since grown into a worldwide outdoor clothing and equipment provider.  

This project marks the third collaboration between the two labels who have been focused on a minimalist offering of tonal jackets made for the ever-changing weather.  

Available to purchase Thursday, November 17 at 12 PM EST on JJJJound.com and Friday November 18 on Eddiebauer.com.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it is place.

Domestic Shipping

Due to the current climate with COVID-19, you may experience a delay in an email response, shipping times, and return processing. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information is sent. Also, for your convenience, you can click the ‘Check your order’s status’ link in your order confirmation email.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery for domestic orders. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

Shipping is nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.

We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Sale Items

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Undefeated will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Undefeated.com does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.

Returns

All sales are final on all launch product, Bape, women's and men's inner and/or undergarments, and sale items. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact orders@undefeated.com for all order and return inquiries. Undefeated will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to Undefeated are subject to an CA$‌12.00 restocking fee.

Items ordered on Undefeated.com cannot be exchanged at any Undefeated Chapter Store.

Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.

Launch Products

We reserve the right to ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer is a violation of our policy and deprives other customers of the opportunity to purchase these products and is a cost and burden to our warehouse and web department. We reserve the right to cancel the orders or accept the multiple purchases at our sole discretion. Once an order is placed for these items, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. No exceptions. Orders cancelled, refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer deprives other customers of the opportunity to purchase these products and is burden to our warehouse and web department and therefore will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

Item Availability

Merchandise availability on Undefeated.com is subject to change. If, after adding an item to cart, you receive a message reading "Selected quantity is not available at this time," please wait and attempt to add the item at a later time.

If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after the order is made, the item will be refunded to you and the remaining items will be processed and shipped as normal.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California, Nevada and Arizona.

Payment
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.

Return Information

All item(s) being returned must be unworn, unused, still have labels attached, and include original packaging.

Any packages that are not meeting those criteria could be denied by our team.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
